The Luau pork roast you won’t want to miss this weekend

If this is you, you’ll want to check out the Luau Pork Roast, slated for 5-9 p.m. Aug. 21 at Pecan Penny’s, 113 Main St. Hosted by the BBQ joint as well as Echo Spirits Distilling Co., the event will feature Hawaiian-style smoked pork (smoked pork butts wrapped in banana leaves and smoked pineapple) and a selection of sides.
