Sticky Fingers’ new location has officially arrived.

The Galena-based ice cream parlor announced its intentions to expand into the historic Village of Kilbourne—just outside of Sunbury in Delaware County—earlier this year. And now, the new scoop shop has officially opened for business.

The second Sticky Fingers held the grand opening of its new location on July 23. It is located at 3967 Main St. in Kilbourne.

The ice cream shop will be located next to Kilbourne Market. The historic Village has recently undergone a revival as part of the Kilbourne Project, and a handful of new dining and shopping opportunities are coming to the previously-quiet area.

“We’re extremely excited to expand our business this year after five years of being open. The Kilbourne Market felt like a natural extension of the business since our original shop is located next to Chesire Market,” said Maddie Himes, co-owner of Sticky Fingers in an interview earlier this year. “We’d like to thank all of our amazing fans for supporting us throughout these crazy past few years–this expansion wouldn’t be possible without them.”

Sticky Fingers’ original Galen location is currently open for its summer season as well.
