Macelleria butcher shop introduces carryout food menu

When Macelleria East Side Butcher opened last year in Bexley, it became a hugely popular spot from day one. 

And now, they’re offering more than just cold cuts of meat.

Late last year, Macelleria introduced a rotating carryout food menu, meaning you can now grab the meat you need for later, alongside something hot and fresh for right now.

While the menu rotates weekly, it typically features different salads and starters, alongside sandwiches and other entrees using Macelleria’s own cuts.

This week’s menu (which runs until March 7) includes a mixed green salad, chicken piccata with pasta, steak sandwich, roast beef sandwich and the Macelleria Burger.

According to Clary, the Bexley spot has also just introduced a line of curated butcher boxes, which compile a variety of premium meats hand-selected by Clary and his staff. Macelleria offers $100 and $200 options for its butcher boxes.
