New luxury, Paris-themed macaron shop and bakery open in Downtown Dublin

Jack McLaughlin

While we’re not particularly close to Paris here in Central Ohio, you can get a real taste of the City of Love at a new Dublin confectioner.

Paris 75, which opened late last year, is offering a variety of French-imported treats with a focus on high-end, handcrafted macarons.

The new cafe is located at 91 S. High St. in Dublin, two blocks west of the Scioto River.

The core of Paris 75’s offerings are its variety of house-made macarons. Created using imported French butter and chocolate, patrons can purchase the treats in a wide variety of flavors that includes earl gray tea, Nutella, lavender, rose lychee, coffee and many more.

In addition to macarons, the Dublin storefront sells French-inspired baked goods such as croissants, bread and other baked goods. Additional French imports, like drinks, olive oil and more are also available.
