Popular churros spot launching first-ever food truck

A Columbus storefront dedicated to selling hand-crafted churros is hitting the road.

According to an Instagram post, OH Churros, the dessert spot that opened earlier this year on the city’s Northwest Side, plans to open a food truck. Its brick and mortar space will remain open.

“BIG NEWS our OH Churros food truck is COMING SOON,” the post reads.

An exact date for the food truck’s opening was not been announced yet.

OH Churros opened its first brick and mortar storefront on June 1, located at 2110 W. Henderson Rd. After launching, the churro spot became hugely popular, with the store regularly selling out during its first week of operation.

The concept, which is self-described as Columbus’ “first churros and coffee shop,” also offers churro bites, stuffed churros and dipping sauces, alongside coffee, tea, Mexican hot chocolate and more.
