Build-your-own baked potato concept opens on Near East Side
A unique new food vendor has joined the East Market.
614 Fully Loaded, a build-your-own style baked potato eatery has opened as a temporary vendor inside the Near East Side food hall.
According to owner and operator Danielle Reed, 614 Fully Loaded typically ceases operations as a food truck every winter, and decided to capitalize on its down time this year. The eatery opened in the East Market on Dec. 1, and will remain open until the end of March.

The concept operates as a fast-casual spot where patrons can craft their own entrees.
“It’s a lot like going into Chipotle,” Reed said.
Customers first select their base (baked potato, fries or fried potato skins), and they can then create their own perfect potato through a wide assortment of proteins, vegetables and more. If you’re not feeling creative, you can also opt for one of 614 Fully Loaded’s tried and true premade options.
If you want to catch the food truck this spring, Reed said they plan to hit the road starting the second week of April, and StreetFoodFinder will help you keep up to date with where the truck will be on any given day.
