New Dublin hotel will feature new Cameron Mitchell restaurant alongside multiple other food, drink concepts
The Bridge Park neighborhood is home to dozens of restaurants and businesses, and hundreds of residential spaces. Now, they’re adding a massive expansion to the mix.
According to recently submitted planning documents shown on dublinohiousa.gov, the Bridge Park developers and restaurateur Cameron Mitchell are working together to expand Dublin’s Bridge Park footprint. The plan includes two new buildings on the corner of Granville Road and Riverside Drive, south of the current location. The Columbus Dispatch also confirmed that a “signature Cameron Mitchell restaurant” is among the plans. (Yes, please!)
The area would be approximately 4.5 acres, and is zoned to the Scioto River Neighborhood.

The document submitted to the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission refers to the new project as “The Block Y” of Bridge Park, “serving as a gateway feature at the threshold of Bridge Park and access to Historic Dublin.” The development would include a mixed-use building, and office building alongside Riverside and OH-161.
Developments from the document include:
- New upscale hotel housed within a seven-story tower that includes wellness center/spa, fitness, and pool amenities
- High-end condominium building in an eight-story tower, expected to include 26 units
- Four different food and beverage concepts, including a pool bar
- An event venue offering a 4,000 square foot ballroom
- Additional parking lot with 500 parking spaces
- An office building that will include a ground retail-level
According to Crawford Hoying’s Instagram (@crawfordhoying), another new block of development at Bridge Park known as “J Block” is currently underway, consisting of four buildings at nearly 580,000 square feet near the Wendy’s headquarters.
Already a favorite Columbus Metro spot for dining and entertainment, Bridge Park seems to have nothing but potential. As the community continues to grow and develop its unbuilt lots, we can’t wait to see what comes next!
