New Netflix documentary claims Dayton is home to one of the ‘largest vampire covens’

Is Dayton home to one of the country’s largest vampire covens? A new Netflix series is exploring the possibility.

“Vampires in the Gem City,” a new Netflix series, dives into the cold case of a Dayton man’s disappearance, and the potential involvement of a vampire coven.

Netflix’s description of the production reads:

“For the last 30 years, Dayton, Ohio has been home to the largest coven of vampires outside of New Orleans. When a man goes missing in the goth nightclub they use as their headquarters, the case goes cold until a police officer comes forward in 2008 with a story.”

The documentary centers around the cold case of George Phillip Gall, who disappeared from Dayton in 1994.

“Vampires in the Gem City” does not have an official release date yet.
