A unique and rapidly-expanding donut (or should we say “doughnut”) chain is opening soon in more than one Central Ohio city.
Parlor Doughnuts is bringing its first-ever Central Ohio storefronts to Powell and Lewis Center. They will be located at 4290 Home Rd. in Powell and 5915 Evans Farm Dr. STE F in Lewis Center,
It’s unclear exactly when they will open their doors to the public.

Parlor Doughnuts is known for its “layered” donuts, which are similar to croissants and croughnuts and are created by compiling multiple layers of buttery dough, unlike more common cake or yeast styles. The new Powell storefront will offer more than 20 varieties of donuts, in addition to keto, gluten-free and vegan options, as well as breakfast sandwiches.
The concept—which grew out of the eatery’s sister brand, Parlor Coffee—first opened in 2019 in Evansville, Indiana. It currently operates dozens of locations across the country, with one other Buckeye State storefront, which is located in Cincinnati.
