This past summer, Heartland Bank announced plans to relocate its company headquarters to the old terminal at Port Columbus. The move would be a huge undertaking involving a projected $5 to $6.5 million rehab to get the place up to spec and ready to house Heartland’s operations. Now with the project looking more like it would require an $8 million investment, Heartland has backed out.
