After the biggest indictment in Ohio’s history six weeks ago related to the Short North Posse, 16 of the 17 men were arraigned Tuesday, and all 16 pleaded not guilty in the crimes related including murder and racketeering. Eleven from today’s group could be looking at the death penalty if they are found guilty. According to the Dispatch, the defendants arrived in the court room with shackles around their ankles and handcuffs attached to chains at the waist along with six court marshals inside the court room and more police outside.
