We’ve gotten the first renderings from Crawford Hoying Development for the building replacing Haiku.
This behemoth is going to blot out the sun in the Short North. Sitting at 10 stories, it’ll be a mixed-use building on the corner of High & Hubbard.
It’ll have 56,000 Square Footage of office space, large terraces overlooking the Short North and Downtown. A 111 key Moxy Hotel by Marriott.
6,200 Square Foot ground floor restaurant.
5,400 Square foot rooftop bar.
1,500 Square feet of retail down Hubbard
140 parking lot spaces that you will most likely not be able to use.
What do you think? Is it going to be weird with this big guy in the Arts District?
