Cbus for DNC? A Pa. congressman doesn’t think so
It’s no secret that Columbus is vying for the Democratic National Convention (the blue lit arches and buildings gave it away). Apparently though, a congressman from Pennsylvania thinks Columbus is a laughable opponent. “I don’t know what the hell is in Columbus…I hope they are the competition. We’ll blow them away,” said Congressman Bob Brady earlier this year, according to ABC6. The DNC delegation that was in Columbus will soon be visiting Philadelphia to scope out the territory there as well.
Considering how some of his latest comments were a bit less inflammatory, his press secretary likely had quite a stern talking with him about bashing cities up for the DNC.
