From 1 barrel to 20, Zauber amps up its production
It’s been two years of small batch brewing for Zauber, and Thursday changes all of that. The Grandview brewery had previously brewed out of a one-barrel system, loaded up a tap with beer Thursday morning, and that beer would be gone by that night until the next week. That is soon to be a thing of the past. The brewery will be unveiling its new 20-barrel system and their Vertigo hefeweizen, Berzerker IPA, Kitschy Kolsch and Myopic Red ale will all be available in their taproom. With its new and improved brewing power, Zauber will soon be supplying restaurants around the city with their speciality booze after the ribbon cutting Thursday at noon. According to Crave, those restaurants include The Market Italian Village, Z Cucina di Spirito, The Ohio Taproom, Bodega and Bar 145.
