What’s beneath your walls?
Besides layers upon layers of paint you liked for 2 months then couldn’t stomach the sight of, do you know what’s beneath the walls of your house?
For one Dublin couple, it was a centuries-old log cabin.
10tv reports that Kevin Kemp and Jennifer Alexander were updating their home on Riverside Drive near the Scioto River when they found the amazing discovery.
Kemp yanked off a piece of paneling and revealed the 1850s style wood beneath.
The couple chose to hand over their home to the city of Dublin who has decided to disassemble the cabin and rebuild it elsewhere.
This calls for a little weekend renovation project/treasure hunt! But before taking a sludge hammer to your drywall to see what lies beneath, we suggest you run it by your housemates first.
