Got a side hustle you’d love to transition into a brick and mortar? There’s a new player in town that may be your answer.
80 on the Commons, the 12-story mixed-use high rise going into 80 Rich Street, will be a two-layered cake of housing and commercial space. Columbus Business First reports that the developers, Daimler Group and Kaufman Development, are now searching for takers of the commercial layer.
The project will cost $60 million. The makers project the space to be occupied with as many as 1000 people.
If you’re interested in the residential cake, you better like live music because you’re going to be hearing a lot of it as the Columbus Commons is only a stone’s throw away.
More on this as construction continues.
