Pop-up restaurant series to begin Thursday

During the series, local chefs are being given the opportunity to showcase their skills and cooking styles. The first of these dinners begins Thursday at The Explorer’s Club at 6:30 p.m. which will begin with cocktails (first one is free!) and chef Mo Marvel is taking on a four-course meal for guests. The theme of the night is California cuisine and guests can look forward to seared scallop on the menu.
