The Fuse Factory’s November 2017 Frequency Fridays

The Fuse Factory Electronic and Digital Arts Lab’s upcoming installment of their monthly experimental music and sound art series Frequency Fridays will occur the evening of Friday, November 3 at the It Looks Like Its Open gallery, located in Clintonville at 13 E. Tulane Rd.

This show features Columbus-based multi-instrumentalist Bobb Hatt, NYC video/performance artist Tusia Dabrowska, Cleveland performance/sound artist Marcia Custer, and experimental electronic musician Veronica Pejril, from Indiana.

Dabrowska will be performing WHAT IS WORK, a solo performance combining storytelling, music and sound design, video, and interaction/audience participation about rituals around different types of work.

Custer’s performances build worlds of psychic chaos and physical comedy in real time. There are usually wigs and dolls. Pejril’s performance will feature her granular manipulations of the spoken word.

Last but not least, Hatt will be forging a heady mix of free jazz, harsh noise, and performance art in an audacious display of raw sound.
