Not disclosing a positive HIV status before having sex is a crime in Ohio, and one Columbus man has pleaded guilty to just that. Kevin Groce pleaded guilty to one count of felonious assault and admitted he did not tell his ex-girlfriend about being HIV positive before having sex. The alleged victim told 10TV she had asked him and he had denied it. The sentence will be in October and he could be looking at eight years in prison.
