New Alchemy concept opening in Grandview very soon
Give your body a healthy dose of goodness before bombarding it with tacos and tequila at Alchemy’s brand new concept in Grandview, opening to the public on Tuesday, May 1 with a grand opening on Sunday, May 6.
Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, Alchemy Grandview at 1439 Grandview Ave. will be an all-day cafe featuring the superfood-inspired breakfast and brunch items you know and love plus new dinner additions.
Brunch options will include carrot cake waffles, turmeric bagels, and eggs Benedict with beet hollandaise.
For dinner, feast on items inspired by Chef Tyler Minnis of sister concept The Market Italian Village including salmon tacos with charred pineapple and an ancient grain power bowl.
“We wanted a place to showcase the future of plant-forward cuisine with the proper tools and kitchen to execute,” explained partner Abed Alshahal in a release. “We envisioned not just a café, but a gathering space for the Grandview community to enjoy from morning to night.”
In true alchemy fashion, the Grandview location will be “Nordic-inspired,” bright, and airy.
Alchemy Grandview will be open 7am-8pm during the week, 9am- 8pm on Saturday, and 9am-5pm on Sunday.
