Hoover Reservoir to be fixed, blocking traffic for months

Twenty-five dump trucks a day are set to roll toward the Hoover Reservoir in order to fix the erosion along side it. What it won’t fix: the traffic. The fix will block the reservoir for months, and drivers in the area will have to find new routes. In September and October the water levels are generally at their lowest and the city has chosen to do the project, starting Monday, for that very reason. For the next two months drivers will need to tack on a bit of extra time to their drives.
