New apartments could put campus Waterbeds n Stuff to bed for good

Four North High Street business may be in jeopardy if an apartment proposal moves through.

A six-story apartment complex and commercial building is being reviewed by the University Impact District Review Board for the southeast corner of North High Street and east Norwich Avenue.

This area is currently home to Fate Tattoo, City Cut, Waterbeds n’ Stuff and Studio Posh which would all be demolished. The building were built in the early 1900s, reports Columbus Underground. 

The developer behind the proposal is CA Ventures, the company behind Uncommon, an apartment complex on the corner of Seventh Avenue and High Street.
