For those who like drinking (in a slightly healthier fashion), Zest Juice Co. is set to open in the fall in Grandview. “We have seven juices and you can drink them individually or you can do a cleanse,” said owner, Natalie Rusch, according to the The Metropreneur. Health nuts can fill up on veggie based or juice based drinks, with the owners pulling from local farms and orchards as often as possible. The choice for plopping down in Grandview wasn’t a happy accident; the owners are hoping the area of young professionals with a heavier focus on health will take to the concept.
