Local photographer, one of Flickr’s finest
Flickr, the photo sharing website, likely has millions of photos tumbling about the Internet from ambitious photographers to people who just love their cat a lot. Last month, the site announced the participants in “20 Under 20” which choses some of the brightest young talent on the website. Rachel Baran who attends Capital University (see her Flickr page here) was among those chosen to display her work in New York on Oct. 1. Many of her photos are self portraits and has never actually taken an formal classes in photographer.
