Development in Italian Village: From church to condos

Italian Village trudges on in its development with another new proposal hitting the Italian Village Commission Tuesday night. The newest change is set for a church to be changed into town home style condos. The church, at 285 East Fourth Ave., will be converted into living spaces and the plan is to have a warehouse type feel to the space. Next to the church, another building would be constructed in the vacant lot.
