No one rides for cancer quite like Columbus. This year’s Pelotonia riders set records for how much they raised. No surprises here: the teams that raised the most were L Brands Peloton who got $8.3 million, Team Huntington who raised $3 million and Team Buckeye with $2.7 million. All together though, the race raised more than $21 million in support of cancer research this year. The leaders over at Pelotonia handed over the massive check at the LC on Thursday night. All of the money will go toward research teams, fellowships and equipment at the James Cancer Hospital.
