Attorney General wants to keep football fans from getting screwed

Attorney General Mike DeWine is warning consumers looking for tickets to the 2015 Sugar Bowl to watch out for scammers. Two Ohioans are already reporting losing $800 each in efforts to buy tickets from someone who had posted on Craigslist. DeWine says that for every scam that gets reported, there are probably ten that don’t. His office warns fans to be aware of warning signs like:
*sellers trumpeting their military status
*sellers who request payment via money transfer / pre-paid card
*deals that seem too good to be true
