North Side fix: 2 ramps closed, more traffic

Grumpy post-holiday weekend commuters had a lovely Monday greeting with ramps closed in the morning, and the ramp from 270 West to 23 South is gone for good. The city is reconfiguring the area for safer travels, but for now it’s really just more congested travels. Tuesday night the 270 East to 23 North will also close. In order to help with the added traffic to the existing ramps, lights will be installed (because that’s really reassuring).
