Sentenced. Teen in prison after accidental shooting
Thinking the gun wasn’t loaded, 17-year-old Calvin Fluellen pointed the gun at his friend and fired. The gun was loaded though and police found Fluellen’s friend Terrico Henry sitting with a gunshot wound in his torso in his basement. The ruling today sentenced Fluellen to six months for reckless homicide and one year for using a gun, according to the Dispatch.
