Demolishing Donatos? Plan for new building
Could the Donatos in the Short North be gone for good? The building might be bulldozed to make way for a more modern looking building and a redesigned space for Donatos along with other retailers and office spaces. Elford Development plans to put in their idea to the Italian Village Commission Tuesday which would knock down the building Donatos is currently housed in. The new pizza space would have a patio and still keep its drive-through feature. The plans also have a large 4,000 square-foot corner space.
