While cleaning a retention pond, diver dies

A diver was with U.S. Aqua Vac was cleaning a retention pond on Tuesday, something the company specializes in and his fellow diver stopped seeing bubbles. He became alarmed and tried to go into the pond himself and get him, but he couldn’t see anything in the water. The fire station was called, but once they pulled him out of the water it looked grim. He was pronounced dead at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s hospital. According to the Dispatch, detectives have said that the death looks to be an accident.
