2 OVI Checkpoints in Hilliard Friday

There will be two OVI checkpoints in Hilliard according to NBC4. Cemetery Road at Lacon Road will have a checkpoint and starting at 9 p.m. and Hilliard-Rome Road at Richlanne Drive will have one beginning at 11:30 p.m.
