Two pit bills that the owner said were chained up with several different locks, allegedly attacked two people early Thursday morning. Animal control removed both dogs after the injuries and police came as well with guns to make sure the scene was secure. The owner has been fined and given citations for not having up to date shots for rabies and for not securing a dangerous dog. “If the boy dog, if he feels threatened, he will bite. He is a biter. I won’t tell anybody he’s not a biter,” the owner Olivia Reeves told NBC4. A witness told the station an injured man jumped on top of her car saying he was being chased by the dogs. Both people were treated at the scene and will be okay.
