Bath & Body Works Campus: The dynasty of L Brands gets bigger

Les Wexner’s rule over New Albany is getting bigger. According to Columbus Business First, the company is looking to rezone for a campus dedicated to Bath & Body Works. The company’s real estate affiliate is set to speak with the New Albany Planning Commission July 21 to switch bit of land zoning. 71 acres actually. Bath & Body Works is already working on the complex, it just is looking to push into more of its land to get bigger.
