Car2Go revving up in Bexley
Car2Go is officially in Bexley as of Friday. The small, smart cars rolled into the suburb and there are 65 designated Car2Go parking spaces, and because Bexley does not have meters, the city won’t even be making any revenue off the added transportation. It wasn’t just about the money though. Bexley Mayor Ben Kessler was in favor of Car2Go because of its ability to cut back on traffic.

Bexley might get really tiny transportation with Car2Go
Car2Go is eyeing Bexley as its next conquest. The tiny transportation system has already made it’s way into Grandview, and now the company had sights set on another Columbus neighborhood. They put in a request last month and Tuesday it will get a second reading at the City Council meeting. “The philosophy from my perspective is it’s a derivative of public transportation,” Mayor Ben Kessler said to Columbus Business First. “This is a valuable amenity I’d like to be able to extend to our residents.”
