Hit and run victim dies

Ronald Willis, 54, who was hit by a car earlier this month, has died Monday. His death was because of the injuries he sustained during the hit. Police are still looking for the driver.

CPD still searching for hit and run suspect

Early Thursday morning, a man was found in the middle of Broad Street near the off ramp from 270 North, and he was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Investigators believe the accident was a hit and run and the suspect was coming off the off ramp from 270 when the driver lost control, hit the man and then fled the scene. Broad Street was blocked off for much of the morning and police are still looking for the suspect.
