Former UA math teacher causing problems in Franklinton
Franklinton has its fair share of buildings that aren’t exactly helping out the community. Former Upper Arlington math teacher, David Kathary, is part of that problem. His rental properties aren’t fixing property-code violations and if he doesn’t get them taken care of by Halloween he is looking at jail time. His rentals are part of the overarching issues the neighborhood has had with rundown homes and buildings that residents have been sending to the courts lately.
