Franklinton homeless camp shut down

A homeless camp in Franklinton has shuddered to a halt, and has been shut down by the city. The camp has been there for years, but as Franklinton renovation becomes more widespread the city has shut the camp down officially. According to NBC4, the camp was closed because of concerns from neighbors and surrounding businesses.
