Advanced Drainage System, housed in Hilliard became public Friday, but the launch wasn’t all they had hoped for. The goal had been to open at $17-$19 per share, but the initial public offering began at $16 instead, a small drop, but big in the long run, according to Columbus Business First. The company had hoped for an IPO of $261 million but only got $232 million. ADS is the biggest supplier for high density plastic pipes in the entire country.
