Upper Arlington lawyer, William B. Feldman, has officially resigned in the aftermath of a child pornography conviction in late January. The Supreme Court accepted the resignation Thursday. Feldman is still serving out three years of community control and sex offender supervision as well as still living in his home in Upper Arlington, the home which officials told him he could no longer live in because of its proximity to an elementary school. Hemming and hawing the whole way though, Feldman says that law does not apply to him because he bought the home before the laws pertaining to sex offenders living in school districts, according to the Dispatch.
