Man found beaten in the road

A bloodied and beaten body greeted officers and medics when they arrived on the scene in northeast Columbus after being called on reports of gunshots, according to police. The man appeared to have been severely beaten and was taken to the hospital to be treated for a broken jaw, but is expected to be okay. Authorities believe he was involved in a fight but there isn’t a suspect for who he could have been fighting with.
