Man sentenced to 15 years in prison for 4 rapes
Wednesday morning, a man was sentenced to 15 years in prison after reaching a plea bargain last month. Gary Naphier pleaded guilty to four counts of rape, and he is not eligible for early prison release, the Dispatch reported. Once out, Naphier will then register as a sex offender for life.
