Megabus getting the boot out of downtown
The mingling people waiting to hop on a bus to take them out of the city are politely getting asked to leave. COTA has requested that Megabus find its own stop (since it is currently using one of theirs) in the downtown area, according to the Dispatch. Currently the Megabus, a double decker intercity transportation system stops about five times a day at Spring and Fourth Street, and one of those stops is at 5:30 p.m. right when the mass exodus from downtown is happening. Traffic has been clogging up behind the bus, and there have been complaints about the litter and people crowded around the area.
