Now Open! Lomonico’s claims new space on Gay Street

Restaurant newcomers at Lomonico’s haven’t even had a year under their belt yet, but they’ve decided to expand and open a second location downtown on Gay Street. The space, which was originally claimed by Betty’s, but ended up falling through, and owners Craig Lomonico and Andrew Borenstein were able to snatch up the downtown opening. “We’re excited to get Downtown. We’re ready to be with the elite restaurants of Downtown,” said Borenstein, according to Crave. The Lomonico’s downtown will be similar to its original in Pickerington, but with more of an urban flare and even urban inspired dishes could be added to the menu. The owners plan to have the newest addition open by mid-November.
