Peeping Tom with new technology, camera phone in window
As a woman enjoyed music in her own home, she noticed something odd in her window: a camera phone. According to 10TV a woman was filmed while topless in her condo in northeast Columbus. When she saw him, she screamed and he ran away. She’s called the police and attempted to warn other women in her neighborhood, but a suspect hasn’t surfaced yet.
