Police: Pedestrian cited for illegal crossing in crash

A pedestrian who was hit by an alleged drunk driver and is at Grant Medical Center in serious condition (previously in life-threatening condition) has also been cited for illegally crossing N. High Street near W. First Avenue early Sunday morning, according to police. (Probably not the best recovery gift.) While the driver is looking at OVI charges, there is not any charges involving hitting the pedestrian.
