Pride Parade, a mecca for LGBT community

The LGBT community will flood the Short North and Victorian Village over the weekend, and not just locally. About 300,000 people are predicted to swarm Columbus for Stonewall Center’s Pride Festival over the two day affair. The festival features a parade where gay supporters show their respect and love in the heart of the gay community. For Columbus, it’s not surprising to see the masses, rising to back the community that has begun to grow and thrive in the Short North and Victorian Village. The only downside: traffic is likely to be a mess. Read more
