World Cup: Family displays game via flags

A lot of people drive by Jacqueline Villarroel’s home in Westerville and wonder what the deal is with all the flags. 32 flags for that matter. It’s probably because the Bolivian native has set up the spectacle in Ohio where some residents care as much about soccer as the Badminton World Championship. Several passersby have asked what’s with all the flags. It is a representation of each nation in the World Cup. As each round goes on, Villarroel moves the losers’s flag back. Once the 2014 World Cup finally has a winner, she will arrange the fallen countries behind the sole winner in a semi-circle.
