Victims cannot positively ID flasher suspect
Earlier this month, a woman stumbled upon a man masturbating in Grandview Yard, and police were attempting to see if that man was the infamous Grandview Flasher (probably not what you want to be known for) that had been plaguing the streets of Grandview with indecent exposure. In the days following the man’s arrest, the previous victims attempted to identify the man who they had seen. None identified the recently arrested man. The investigation is still continuing to see if he is connected to the previous events.

The Grandview flasher might have been arrested
When a woman was walking through the parking garage at Grandview Yard on Monday night, she caught a man quite by surprise. She saw a man masturbating in the bed of his truck and alerted police, but by the time officers got there he was gone. They eventually found him though, and the 33-year-old man could be the culprit behind a long line of public indecency in Grandview since 2013. He was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public indecency and also allegedly admitted to the act in Grandview Yard, according to ThisWeek Community News. Authorities have contacted other victims to see if the man matches the one they saw.
