Orange you glad for road construction?
Now that winter is *officially* over, it’s time for Ohio’s next season: construction. And no one is feeling it more than Dublin. The city is getting ready for a construction project that’ll close the US-33 bridge over I-270 for four months. It’s all part of a $68 million plan (completed by 2017) to add four new bridges and additional lanes, with the goal of reducing speeding, congestion, and improving safety along US-33. (deb)

Dublin getting slammed with major construction
Dublin is preparing for traffic and construction as Rt. 33 is set to be closed for four months at the I-270 interchange, which doesn’t sound like too much fun for Dublin residents. Also Rt. 33 at Bridge Street eastbound and westbound lanes could take a hit for seven long months and be restricted or even completely cut off. Business owners attended a council meeting Monday, because for many, access to their business will be hurt.
